  1. I made this for thanksgiving and it was a favorite and I hit my family with the “surprise it’s vegan”! They were all shocked

  2. Omg omg I made this. My sister inlaw is vegan. We planned a holiday feast. I knew she was coming I wanted to surprise her with a dish I could make. Well my mother made traditional Mac And Cheese. So I made your recipe. The were saying no I'm not eating that. As I was preparing it I was losing hope. But it was looking just like yours step by step. I hung in there. Sauce was getting smoother and smoother. I tasted it. Not bad. Got to the part of adding the nutritional yeast. It was creamy and smooth. Tasted it again I started yelling at my mom and wife. I said taste this. They were amazed. My sister inlaw loved it. Thank you so so much. Great recipe. Drown the pasta. If it's not make more sauce. Love it

  3. Her food looks good, but she has a heavy hand when seasoning it. Geesh! We're vegan and/or vegetarian, but you're solving one problem while causing another: hypertension.

  4. 1lb elbow noodles and 2 buillon cubes
    1/2 Cup Butter
    1/2 Cup ap flour
    4TB tapioca starch
    8oz cream cheese
    6 slices provolone cheese
    3 cups cheddar cheese
    6cups unsweetened milk
    1/4 c Nutritional yeast
    Seasonings(1/2-1tsp each):pepper, garlic, salt, onion powder, creole,
    Splash of hot sauce
    Worcheshire sauce
    1TB sugar
    More cheddar and provolone for topping for baked version

  5. I made this for my cheese loving lactose intolerant partner and when I tell you it is SO DAMN GOOD. I put some panko breadcrumbs on top before I baked it. Perfection.
