  1. Let me know how you enjoyed this stretch routine! I am by no means a professional, but I do believe that doing these stretches on a regular basis will definitely increase your flexibility! Much love! See you soon Xx- Maddie

  2. I’ve been searching for a proper beginners stretch routine for what feels like much too long. This routine was perfect. From the stretches, to the music, and the furry friend who decided to join. I also appreciate a personality I feel I can connect with. Too often in these types of videos, instructors tend to have very stoic personalities. So thank you, I really enjoyed it!

  3. after this I realised I have zero flexibility, can't wait to be flexible enough to do these stretches properly

  4. i really hate workout/stretch videos bc their content is so abrasive so THANK YOU for having a calming environment/setup/voice!

  5. Maddie you’ve earned a subscriber but I feel as though I’ve wrong you somehow because the way my body protested during this video was torture. I’m sitting here breathless. I thank you, with time I know I can achieve the angles and get closer to the ground. I suffer from severe pelvic and joint pain but it’s gotten to the point where my body is extremely stiff from lack of exercise or anything closely related. I’m hoping that starting with a stretching routine can help achieve my goal of slowly exercising

  6. I have been doing this routine (almost) every week day since December of last year! And I do not have back or neck pain anymore.. Thank so much for this!!!

  7. 9 minutes in and i’ve has to lay down to take a break. i have no flexibility WHATSOEVER and i also have scoliosis rip.
but also i love that this is in real time. you’re not just skipping and saying how long to do it for. i find it so much more encouraging

  8. Thankyou, I loved this video. I am the most unflexible person and was looking for some stretches to help my sore hip from pole dancing. I felt some of these were quite difficult due to my flexibility- but a great starting point for me to work on 😀 I now know some new stretches to incorporate to my daily routine 🙂
    Thank you 🙂

  9. I’ve been watching this video for maybe a month now? At this point this will be my stamp point, but I will say, the first two to three weeks doin these stretches were hell. I do these stretches three times a week followed up with meditation, and my goal is to be able to do the splits on top of being more flexible and stay in shape for martial arts. I’ll come back in March to update anyone that’s curious if these stretches work, but I will say—for the longest I wasn’t able to cross my legs together when sitting without feeling pain in my hips, but the more I continued following this routine, it became easier to sit in that position.

  10. Best video i've come across so far! Hits the areas that are super tight. Trying to stretch along with it daily. Thanks!
