  3. Hi, I commented a while back, but I wanted to say that my baby is almost 6 months old now and I had a great delivery as a FTM. I was in active labor for 2h30 and pushed 10 minutes with no tear! I think your workout helped a lot since I did it twice a day many times a week as well as long walks outside during my pregnancy. THANKSSSSS!

  4. I'm definitely going to do this as I have not been motivated to go to the gym this pregnancy. I know I need to work out as i was an avid gym goer before getting pregnant.

  5. I do 40-50 min. Workouts 4x a week. I'm a regular at the gym but 1st trimester always hits me hard. I'm back now! Feels wonderful and can feel my muscle strength returning.

    Actually looking for an accountability partner!

Was really sad and mad I couldn't make it to my regular fitness training today because I was to tired and dizzy to go (and running late because of my 1.5year old). So decided to find something online. And now feeling proud and better again 🙂 and it was exactly what I am capable of needed at the moment
